I remember an article/study debunking the mainstream belief (at the time) that conservatives where mentally handicapped which proved the opposite was true. That because of mental disabilities Leftist’s have the beliefs they have.
The second half of Romans 1 discussed how the minds of unbelievers are allowed by God to slide into immorality and reprobate minds. a depraved mind, to cite the KJV. The problem is not psychological but rather moral.
There’s an old study at least a decade ago that says Libs are more likely to have mental disorders. Then Pew came out with one specifically saying “Democrats”, “Republicans” that turned out the same.
Since about 2020 the narrative says that was once true but it has “flipped” like the parties did after Jim Crowe (allegedly). 😄
I was born with a large head. Most hats won’t fit me. Maybe that’s why I was a liberal earlier in my life.
As I understand it, liberalism has a heavy emotional component. Maybe all those emotions are what has altered their neural nets, in some cases.

Logic would require one to conclude that the beliefs are the result of the brain damage, whether due to drugs, injury or brainwashing techniques.
As for deducing the answer to the other question, the chicken always comes first... cause if the chicken doesn’t come, neither will the egg......

That is a main page I do for followers on news stories each day, but at the top are excerpts from my book and there is other stuff on liberalism as a biological reproductive strategy, which is what I think it is, and why their brains adopt that set of behaviors, which then backtrack into beliefs.
