This kid was a mentally ill trans wannabe. I don’t know about his dad being responsible for this.
He didn’t allow him to transition in time. /sarcasm but the left would probably arrest him if this was the case.
Not sure about the laws in Ga but he is responsible for making sure the guns are secured. So many of these freak parents allow their mentally ill kids have access to guns or don’t think their little precious will go on a killing spree.
It imagine they are going to say the dad provided assurances that the kid would be kept clear of weapons and that he failed to do.
If the guns were locked up, what gun did he use to kill? Why is it the father’s fault?
Just heard a report that after father and son were interviwed by LEO about the threat to shoot up a school last year, the perp’s father bought the kid an AR-15.
Bet he has his own tranifesto that will be covered up.
He gave the kid the gun for Christmas in 2023 — after that visit from FBI and police. Sounds like Dad in a heap f trouble now.
Sounds like there may be evidence that the guy knew the kid was a homicidal loony-tune and gave him a gun anyway.
As I predicted two days ago. The dad will be charged for not having the gun in a home safe built like a bank vault.
Next, it’s on to the gun dealer who sold dad the rifle, even if it was 15 years ago before the little whelp was even indecent thought.

I thunk I read yesterday that when the FBI let him skate on the threats the kid made in 2023, they also stipulated that the father secure the firearms in the house.
It was the dad's gun, and it wasn't locked up even after the FBI interviewed the kid last year for threatening to shoot up his school.
Dad and son were ‘known’ and interviewed by the exalted fbi a year or two ago. Son was implicated for making shooting threats. They were ‘on the radar’ by law enforcement.
Mom and dad were on notice to keep guns away from this monster. If they didn’t do everything in their power, that’s on them.
That’s accessory to murder.
Now, you can’t expect a child not to shoot up a school just because it’s wrong. Ya gotta bribe ‘em with nice toys. /s, if needed

Ethan Crumbley’s parents were found responsible for facilitating his crimes. If this is the standard that we’re going to uphold, I say - let it be upheld uniformly, for all races of perpetrators.
