“Eligibility” Censorship on Full Display at YouTube

(Aug. 16, 2024) — On or about August 4, 2024, Zach DeGregorio, host of the program, “Wolves and Finance,” uploaded a video to his YouTube channel titled, “Who is Kamala Harris?” which, among other things, questioned whether Harris is a “natural born Citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution for the president and commander-in-chief.

Harris became the presumptive 2024 Democrat presidential nominee almost immediately after Joe Biden on July 21 withdrew from the race and endorsed her. To that point, according to NBC News, Harris was the least popular person to hold the office since its polling began. On Wednesday, YouTube informed DeGregorio it removed his video on the grounds it allegedly distributed “misinformation” for questioning Harris’s eligibility. YouTube additionally placed a “warning” on his channel, DeGregorio told us in an email Wednesday, and informed him that another violation over the next 90 days would generate a “strike.” ... . . .

“I was taken completely by surprise,” DeGregorio, an accountant by trade and rising political commentator, told us. “This is a legitimate legal question that people should be allowed to discuss.” ...

Um. No. You took issue with my rather polite reply saying you appear to be trolling instead of outrightly accusing you of trolling. Not asking for source material.

Natural born citizen has been legally defined as anyone born on US soil or abroad to citizens.
Where?

The aforementioned 14th amendment.

Which clause?

That was to a completely different reply of yours rather than the one where I asked for a source for your asserti9n.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/natural_born_citizen

The Constitution does not expressly define “natural born citizen,” and the Supreme Court has never ruled precisely on its meaning. In contrast, 8 U.S.C. § 1401 lists eight categories of persons who are "nationals and citizens of the United States at birth."

You’ll forgive me if I take Cornell Law’s opinion over yours, won’t you?

There you go! Excellent.

The 14th amendment hasn’t been challenged in the way you have been presenting it and the way the 14th amendment is written she is a US citizen.

Natural born would then mean anyone born on US soil or to at least one citizen parent abroad. As opposed to naturalized, which would be someone born abroad to non citizen parents.

You said natural born citizen was legally defined and Cornell says you're wrong.

She is a citizen through USC 8 Sec. 1401 naturalization, not through the 14th Amendment.

I honestly can’t understand how the first sentence in the 14th amendment can be so confusing to you or why you can’t understand the difference between naturalization and naturally born.

Should a new amendment be passed or a Supreme Court decision come about to clarify, the constitution stands as written.

But good luck to you.

I'm not confused at all by the first sentence in the 14th Amendment. You on the other hand are TOTALLY twisted on it.

I completely understand the difference between naturalization and natural born.
You don't seem to know that naturally born is not the same thing as natural born.

Ok. Besides one being an adjective and the other an adverb, you tell me.

Ok. Besides one being an adjective and the other an adverb, you tell me.

You stating that shows your complete ineptitude on the subject matter at hand.

Why don't you go figure it out on your own and get back to me.

Here's a clue to get you started.

sorry, being born on the soil means nothing.
that’s more bs from the left.

being born to one or more US citizens, in the US or overseas, results in a US citizen.

being born to a foreign citizen who is in the processing of naturalizing
results in a kid that is an American citizen, as per the 14th.

kamala’s mother and father were on student visas when she was born.
essentially, they were tourists. The 14th Amendment was specifically written such
that kids of tourists would not be Americans. which means her US citizenship is
definitely up in the air.

as for being natural born... not possible. she was born with Indian and Jamaican
parents.

she had at least 2 choices of citizenship... not possible to be natural born.

You’re certainly entitled to your opinion.
But, I’m not wrong.
Kamala’s parents had not completed their 5 year
residency requirement to qualify for naturalization.
Therefore, she was born to two foreign nationals from
two different foreign countries. NOT A NATURAL BORN
CITIZEN.
Her mother was actually found guilty of immigration
fraud as she tried to fudge the date of Kamala’s birth.
Don’t bother searching for this stuff...it’s been
scrubbed.

How is that naturalization performed? THROUGH STATUTES ENACTED BY CONGRESS, not through Constitutional Amendments.

Amendments override statutes.
