The first night of the Democratic National Convention averaged 20 million viewers across 13 networks, surpassing the audience for the initial day of the Republican National Convention, according to Nielsen.
The numbers are for the 10 p.m. ET to 12:30 a.m ET time frame, as the proceedings went way overtime, finishing with the address by President Joe Biden.
The first night of the Republican National Convention drew an estimated 18.13 million in the 10 p.m. ET hour across 12 networks. That was up slightly from the 17 million who watched in 2020.

It BS for a multitude of reasons. First they can just say the numbers are anything they want them to be. Secondly most of those networks did not even carry the Republican convention. I know that I was watching it on Rumble when I watched. One of the only places where you could watch it when ever you wanted to watch it and not worry about it being cut off either. You can bet that those ratings don’t count those places at all. Yet republicans have had to adjust to all the censorship and therefore use alternative sources to view things.
The democrats can’t even hold rallies and have people show up. Why would so many want to watch their pathetic convention. They fake pictures and videos. Use concerts to attack the people they do get. They fake the polls and obviously they fake the ratings as well. That shouldn’t be too hard for us to believe.

Honestly even 20 million for the first night of a convention is pretty pathetic..The only reason why the first night of DNC convention got a few million more viewers is because they knew that Biden would speak..for the RNC convention it was a surprise when Trump appeared shortly after being shot, no one expected him to be there opening night

We watched for about five minutes out of curiosity over how many lies they would tell per minute but Kathy Hochul exceeded our expectations in her first thirty seconds so we turned it off.
Deluded sheep for the most part. Or as others might call them, Dems. So no wonder the networks had a lot of viewers - they were broadcasting the long-hyped big quadrennial rendezvous for their typical audience: mind-numbed sheep, looking for the Joy the network hype had promised. I wonder if the sheep felt joyful.
