My theory has always been (when it comes to the phony vaccines that aren’t vaccines) is to change our very lives in to the subscription formula adopted by just about every software company....like MS.
If you want to live, then you need the latest greatest upgrade of the new wonder vaccine since your immune system has been corrupted by the last ‘buggy’ version.
Bill Gates came out with a new product, artificial butter, made without any dairy. To push his new butter, he got a new hair do and appears to have had dye job on his hair, too. It’s a darker gray, not so white, and brushed to the side instead of the usual Caesar cut.

In order to LOWER population growth one or more of the listed medical interventions must result in people dying (vaccines?) or not being born in the first place ("reproductive health services" - abortion?).
How does that Gates statement even begin to make sense in a benign way?

Do some research. Economists agree that lowered childhood mortality winds up reducing population growth. Numerous examples of nations with lower childhood mortality have lower population growth.
“Although it sounds counterintuitive, higher baby death rates are linked to higher population growth because the more babies a women loses, the more children she is likely to have, which is known as the so-called ‘replacement’, or ‘insurance’ effect,” said lead author of the study, Corey Bradshaw, a pediatrician and professor of global ecology from The University of Western Australia and Flinders University, in a press release.
“A new paper published by a group of Australian academics has established that reducing infant mortality rates will lower global population growth. Their conclusion: improved access to contraception and family planning is what’s required.”

Just because lower child mortality countries have lower population growth does not mean the former is directly responsible for the latter.
Those are first-world high standard of living countries, where people prefer their advanced “life styles” to raising children (cannot “afford” children). To retain a middle-class living standard with house-ownership, both spouses generally have to work these days, unlike 50 years ago.
I’m sceptical about that Australian study. Perhaps, perhaps not. So much junk gets published today.
