Maybe the open ended organ into a waste cavity...
“well there’s your problem!”
“[O]pen ended organ”? That’s a new one to me. Maybe OEO for short? (Well, I don’t really mean “short”, of course.)

This, I feel, is the correct answer.
However, we have to take into consideration the sheer numbers of science guys who are just sitting around without work these days. If we don’t give them something to do, they’ll invent some sort of unstoppable bio-weapon and then we’ll all be in trouble. I mean, more trouble than we’re already in.
Gee....just what could it be?
And not just the wrong-way insertion, but the rectum was cleverly designed with blood capillaries pointing downward towards the exit, protecting the waste disposer from infecting himself. When a foreign object such as another person's male part is pushed abrasively upward, it forces waste material towards the capillaries, to be absorbed by the bloodstream.
Yep a clear case of Fudgeites.
