The Omnibus is Coming...

In November, the American people will go to the polls to decide the future direction of the country.

Before the year ends, the political uni-party elite will once again thumb their noses at their constituents by passing an omnibus spending bill to neuter the incoming administration and legislature. The lame-duck GOP will approve.

Maybe we should start calling our congress-critters daily to let them know we notice and we're not stupid.

How many times do we have to watch this dance play out before we try to disrupt the tune? We tend to complain when we see the articles calling for funding for the next year. By then, the deals have been made and all that's left is theater.

What if we start early this year and remind our representatives who they are supposed to represent.
