A Queens man who traipsed the hallways of his Astoria building naked, masturbated in common areas and screamed threats through a megaphone, has finally been booted — to the relief of his frazzled neighbors.
City Marshal Edward Guida, Jr., arrived just after 10 a.m. Friday, and headed to the sixth floor of 23-34 Broadway to evict Alexandre Lais, who hasn’t paid rent in over two years. Last month, The Post exposed his lewd and bizarre antics, which tenants said gave some of the kids in the building nightmares.
“I am relieved, but I won’t be all the way there until I know he won’t try and hang around here,” said one resident, still too afraid to give their name.
Lais, 48, made life a living hell for neighbors, who said he constantly blasted music or audio recordings of revving chainsaws or his own voice, and once vowed to burn the entire building to the ground.
He allegedly punched holes in the walls with a hammer and damaged his own apartment door, bashing it from the inside out with a hammer for hours, tenants claimed.

We have seen many tenant from hell stories. I have seen worse, as in doing tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to a house or apartment they get evicted from. This freak-a-zoid was not into wrecking the place. Just scaring the bejeezus out of children and adults.
He should end up homeless and in a shelter with NYC’s illegal immigrants. They will give him frequent beatings for being such an ill-behaved freak.
I noticed several of those holes are at crotch level.

He belongs in a mental institution, not out in public! Shame that it took 2 years of non payment and his cr8minal acts for the cops to finally be allowed to remove him, but where Wil. He go? More people will be terrorized by the mentally unstable man no doubt

When I saw the headline, I thought this was a story about Hunter Biden. Turns out to be a different guy.
And thanks to New York city’s right to shelter law. He will become somebody else’s problem quickly.

More proof we need to reopen the mental hospitals closed in the 1970s. When they were closed and the crazies dumped on the streets the mass murder rate skyrocketed.
