A teenager charged with murdering three children and harming 10 others at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport has been named as Axel Rudakubana.
The 17-year-old, who turns 18 in just six days time, was born to Rwandan parents in Cardiff in 2006 before moving to the village of Banks in Lancashire in 2013.
He is accused of carrying out the attack that killed Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine.

Rudakubana is also accused of the attempted murders of eight more children, along with dance teacher Leanne Lucas, 35, and businessman John Hayes.
Up until now, the teenager's identity could not be revealed because suspects under 18 receive automatic anonymity in all UK court cases, except for in exceptional circumstances.
But after a successful application to the judge by the Mail, Rudakubana's name can now be reported.
Judge Andrew Menary KC said he had to balance the risk to the suspect's family and the risk to him in custody with the public interest accurately reporting his identity.
Far-right mobs took to the streets of Southport and and other major UK cities this week after a fake news website spread misinformation about the identity of the suspect.

Considering that the “social experimenters” are the ones in favor of global depopulation... it looks like their experiment is a rousing successful “start”. I’m betting they have plans to up the rate of that success.
A 17 year old, in many cultures (not necessarily by state law) is an adult. The so-called state declared “age of majority” can be lowered during different societal strains or stresses(war, necessity of child labor, etc..) I understand that in both England and Rwanda the age of majority is 18 years. I wonder if the authorities can determine the perps true date of birth they can try him as an adult is he was 18 when killing those children. Perp may have reasoned he would get lenient sentence if he was less than 18 years old. No matter his age, he deserves the death penalty.
The corrupt assholes running the UK knew damn well this would happen after dumping hundreds of thousands of Muslims into their once great country. Those are the people that need to be targeted.

How do you explain the U.S.? We survived the World Wars mostly intact. So why are we not that much different from Western Europe?
The British lived under very strict rules for about five years. Everything was regulated. Everything was restricted. From the amount of material in your skirt to what crops you could grow.
They killed their pets. They raised pigs on scraps and then gave the government half of the meat. They grassed on their neighbors if they were doing such un-patriotic things as making cheese from milk from their own cows that had gone bad without permission.
But that ended. And with that came a fear, their national purpose was gone. People could do as they like now. And so they promptly voted in people who promised that everything would stay the same. All the restrictions were still in place. Young men would still be conscripted to work in the coal mines. You could still turn your neighbor in for selling eggs.
Everything was safe, controlled, regulated. And it would keep anyone from having more than their "fair share".
Even Brits that consider themselves on the right suffer from this mentality. Freedom is messy. And it does not shake out evenly. Better to be a bit hungry then to have someone else have a banquet.
And this happened right after the war. When those children were still children and could do nothing.
You can see it when you read books written by Americans and books written by Europeans.
