Cute! Our daughter studied in Italy in high school in the Emilia-Romagna province, the home of Parmesan Reggiano. We visited her and her host family and they took us to a local cheese works for a tour. The wheels of Parmesan Reggiano were stacked floor to the high ceiling in LONG rows. I’ve never seen so much cheese aging in one place and that little factory was one of probably thousands in the province. It really is the king of cheeses! Yum.
