I don't believe your assumption is correct. I opine that the steal mechanism controls are in the hands of the string-pullers in the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) known as the Democrat Party. Biden is a puppet, not an operator.
Biden had very little to do directly with Fulton County in 2020, for example, as far as I can tell from a distance. Also, the evidence shown in the 2020 election showed that the "steal" was implemented by a large number of small cells, distributed in the Blue States. The playbook consisted of a number of options, which is why it was so hard to gather convincing evidence to put before the District Courts. By design.

Well I do not believe ANY poll, nor anyone who thinks they know as at this time it is ALL wishful thinking and speculation. All depends on brain washed Voters and turnout, the Trump hate factor, the Harris love factor, skin color, how immoral the America Public has become, the Democrat Cheat.. If Trump winds up in a New York Jail.. If all these break Trump’s way he has a good chance, if not well doom is coming from on high...
I don’t think the Constitution requires a POTUS to reside in the White House. He could opt to stay in Mar-a-Lago with his family, and have cabinet meetings via secure telecom. Probably safer from leakers than the Swamp.
