At the 21:50 mark, the trooper starts quizzing Dayve about a second shooter. Dayve tells the trooper he heard over the Homeland Security Radio that they found Blood in the Bathroom and the second Shooter is on the Loose.

I remember the guy he’s talking about in his previous video walking up and harassing the people along the fence line. I remember a police SUV (looked local) arrived from the other side of the fence to talk to him. He definitely got it on film and a close up of his face.
(Red Truck guy was keeping people away from that Building- saying he owned it and threatening people to stay away.
Why would a guy claim to be owner when he wasn’t?)

This witness statement sounded legitimate on the audio. The bit about overhearing their radio transmissions regarding a #2 shooter and blood found in a bathroom was quite intriguing. Caught my attention.
No, the FBI had confiscated Dave’s cell phone that evening. In the meantime Dayve went and got another phone. When the trooper approached him around 10 pm that night and blocked him in , Dayve secretly recorded the trooper interrogating him.

The effort has been to make this guy Crooks to be something he’s not.
I don’t like how fast his parents reported him “missing.”
They don’t want to say what he was driving, and they showed disinformation to obfuscate.
How in the hell was he allowed to fly a drone?
No one would dare ask the man for ID when he was out there doing anything he pleased, all day.
He made multiple trips, had a bike, a ladder somewhere (testimony today was that they don’t know how he got on the roof), had a ground pad, electronics for explosives, a range finder, an AR-15, Ammo, cell phone(s), a drone, and he stood out at the rally because he was by himself and interested in buildings rather than the focus of the rally.
He does sound credible and that bit about the blood in the bathroom is intriguing.
To me it sounded like those cops were looking at him as a possible patsy. As in, they need someone to hang the “second shooter” accusation on because they know, or fear, that soon it will be impossible to hide that there was.

I agree. If you read the comments section on his YouTube video in the link everyone is telling him to not talk to any law enforcement from now on without a lawyer present for the very reason you suggest, setting him up to be connected to a second shooter

Yes, I read those comments after I posted. I hope Dayve reads them and heeds them. As I was listening to his tape I kept thinking he was talking too much.
It’s good for him that he taped it and has now put it out to the public. It may mitigate the risk to him.
There were plenty of cops around. Why wouldn’t the owner or the owner’s agent ask them for help removing the trespassers? Given the event going on on the other side of the fence they should have been glad to help remove “unofficial” rally goers.
