Criticising the US Vice President over her warning to Americans that JD Vance will only be loyal to Trump and not the US, Tulsi Gabbard said that Kamala Harris is driven by her own political ambition.

Washington: Former US Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has slammed the US Vice President over her remarks against former US President Donald Trump's running mate, JD Vance, calling Kamala Harris a "self-serving politician who should not be in office."

Criticising the US Vice President over her warning to Americans that JD Vance will only be loyal to Trump and not the US, Gabbard said that Kamala Harris is driven by her own political ambition.

Gabbard stated that JD Vance enlisted himself in the Marine Corps after the 9/11 attacks and was deployed to Iraq in 2005. She asked, "Was Kamala Harris willing to put her own life on the line in service to our country at any time in the past?"

Circa 2019-—Then-Rep. Tulsi Gabbard takes aim at then-Sen. Kamala Harris’ record as a prosecutor during 2020 Democratic debate; Gabbard said “there’s no excuse” for Harris’ record as a prosecutor.

Source Democratic Presidential Debate from night 2. Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Tulsi Gabbard, Corey Booker and six other hopefuls sparred.

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard didn’t hold back when she took aim at Sen. Kamala Harris, saying “there is no excuse” for her record as a prosecutor and she owed those “who suffered under [her] reign as prosecutor” an apology.

Gabbard, D-Hawaii, was speaking about the country’s criminal justice system at Wednesday night’s Democratic debate when she brought Harris’ history into question. Gabbard said that while Harris, D-Calif., is proud of her record, she is “deeply concerned.”

Democratic debates 2019 Live Updates: Biden, Booker bump heads on criminal justice). “There are too many examples to cite, but she put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana. She blocked evidence, she blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so,” Gabbard said.

”She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California, and she fought to keep cash bail system in place that impacts poor people in the worst kind of way,” Gabbard said.

Harris responded that she significantly reformed the criminal justice system in California and she was proud of her work.

“And I am proud of making a decision to not just give fancy speeches or be in a legislative body and give speeches on the floor but doing the work of being in the position to use the power that I had to reform a system that is badly in need of reform,” she said.

But Gabbard wasn’t done. “The bottom line is Senator Harris when you were in a position to make a difference and an impact in these people’s lives, you did not and worse yet in the case of those who are on death row, innocent people, you actually blocked evidence from being revealed that would have freed them until you were forced to do so,” she said.

“There is no excuse for that and the people who suffered under your reign as prosecutor, you owe them an apology,” Gabbard added. Harris served as the attorney general of California from 2011 to 2017.

Tulsi would make a great press secretary or some other spokeswoman for the Trump administration.

She seems to be one of the few people who fights back.

Yep, she can take Kirby's role.

The person chosen to win for us is Trump. VP only gets in if the POTUS candidate wins.

Tulsi is supporting this POTUS candidate and JD Vance as his running mate.

If you haven’t noticed, the nomination is over and has been for a couple of weeks.

Trump isn’t changing out JD.

That is the reason Trump has refused any debates until the democrats have officially chosen a candidate.

I hope he sticks to that because what you have said is very true.

Was thinking that the DNC would remove both of those scumbags at their convention, they threatened Xiden or else to step aside in the meantime. Yet they anointed Queen Kumulah (she’s African doncha’ know) as the successor and already she’s running ads. Kumulah has proved herself a dope and will do anything the deep state wants, either way the dems are in quicksand up to their necks.

Tulsi took her out last time. She can do it again.

We need Tulsi in this fight.

I am actually not anti-Vance.

But I will continue to advocate for Tulsi Gabbard.

Just in case…

Trump is planning on a cabinet position for her because he actually asked his voters if they would be good with it.

Polling actually says people like JD more than Kamala.

*Tulsi would make a great press secretary*

Katie Hopkins would be better, especially at transition time. She’d get us laughing at the liberals-kick them when they’re down. On Jan. 20 Tulsi could take over-it’s time to get serious.

I also firmly believe Trump CAN change his nominee.

Remember Eagleton so many years ago. Democrat, Vice President nominee.

Then they realized they had not checked his background well enough.

Now Vance is good so Trump will want to keep him, but maybe make him Secretary of State.

Then change VP to Tulsi Gabbard.

I respectfully (very) disagree.

But Trump (can) change his nominee. Democrats did, and Eagleton was already nominated.

Now Vance is very good. Make him Secretary of State perhaps, that is a very good job, and he would be great at it.

Then … Tulsi Gabbard as Vice President.

They should run a commercial playing her devastating attack against Kommie, which blew Harris out of the race. AFTER Harris is officially nominated, of course.

What does it take to make you see that Trump is happy with his choice and he is not that kind of person who is going to take JD out of the race because democrats are picking on him? If Trump was like that he would never have stayed in any political race himself. He isn’t wishy washy like that.

Kamala is trash and people do not like her. This love for her you see is astroturf and media gaslighting.

Tulsi happens to like JD and I doubt she would be for anything as stupid as that. Many GOP would not accept her because she was a RAT not long ago. I happen to like her but I don’t speak for others.
