What I suppose: Biden's administration failed to carry out a successful assassination as "requested". The world elite who made the request summoned Biden to pay them a visit. To make an example, they punished him for failing. Mentally? Physically? Chemically/Biologically? Maybe to a pending death?

Biden on July 5 in a conversation with George Stephanopolis was responding well. But after failing to complete his "challenge" to President Trump, he had to be dealt with by his masters in a very impactful way. The world elite need obedience from their servants.
