So I'm thinking here, late on a Saturday night - Is Joe Biden a Hector Salamanca character type from "Breaking Bad", going after SanFranNan, Hitlery and Barry?
Needs a wheel chair and a "ring for help" bell and he's off to the DNC Convention.

Biden is worse. Despite impaired mobility and inability to speak, Hector remained alert of mind, capable of complex reasoning, and dangerous to his enemies. None of that applies to Biden.
