It’s Really good on C-Span. You actually get to watch the entire convention without any network blather or commercials.

I’ve always respected Sean’s passion for the cause, but he’s a terrible interviewer.

Poor old Rush was too nice to Hannity, giving him a radio career and all.

Over the years he has always struck me is not very smart.

I remember when Sean Hannity had just gotten here in the Atlanta market from Huntsville, AL. He replaced Neal Boortz a WGST when Neal left because they wouldn't pay him what he needed and got a Talk-Master salary from WSB. I listened to Sean a couple of time and then listened to Neal on WSB until he retired. Years later we found that Sean Hannity and Neal Boortz were on the phone almost every day during the news breaks discussing the news and talking about WGST. Even back then Sean liked to talk more than he wanted to listen to his callers or guests.

Also, did you know that he’s known Donald Trump for 30 years?

Some of the BEST political TV ever was when Ann Coulter said she’d vote for Hillary over McCain on Hannity & Colmes.
https://youtu.be/fbq5quRxGNs
The best part is at 2:46 where she totally shuts down Hannity. The BETTER part is at 3:21 where Colmes says, basically, “Ann can sub for me.”
I saw it live, and it was awesome.
I will give Hannity this: in June 2015, when nobody else gave Trump the time of day, Sean kept him on the TV.

Came here for the comments and it did not disappoint! You all are great.
I have luxury at my job to monitor FR, throughout the day, in days leading up to 2020, Sean would literally read articles off FR in the order they were posted, but not read them ahead of time. I knew exactly what he was going to talk about. You could tell he didnt know where the articles were going by the ill timed inflection in his voice. Rush once commented he should pay people to do show prep like Rush himself does and said he could afford it too.

YES! I totally agree….he a narcissist who always wants to have the last word! CAN’T STAND HIM! Newsmax has being hitting it out of the ballpark these few nights!
To: blu
It seems that he’s been getting even worse lately. I used to tolerate it, but it’s become increasingly intolerable. Someone really needs to reign him in.

Hannity is the generic talking head “I’m for the current GOP tread” guy I tune out. No unique commentary, nothing of value to add. Put it this way, freaking Van Jones on CNN can have actual insight that goes beyond talking points and I don’t agree with him about anything.

Howie Carr has a similar problem of not shutting up and letting his guests speak.
