Why dont people like this just get their tubes tied? Why do they have to irresponsibly get effed and then get abortions?

When Samantha Casiano of East Texas found out she was pregnant with her fifth child, she was ecstatic. But at a 20-week ultrasound, she received shocking news. Her baby was diagnosed with anencephaly, a rare and fatal condition that prevents the skull and brain from fully forming.
This was in December 2022, after the Texas Heartbeat Act, or Senate Bill 8, was enacted. The law bans abortion after fetal cardiac activity is detected, which usually occurs after about six weeks of pregnancy. It was passed nearly nine months before the Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling, which guaranteed a constitutional right to an abortion.
“I was told that it meant that my daughter was incompatible with life. And I wouldn’t be adding another little human to our family. It was really hard to hear that. It felt like it was a dream -- a really, really bad dream, Casiano, 30, recounted.
Casiano said she was told by her doctor that the baby “would die, either before I give birth, or as soon as I do give birth.” Because of Texas’ strict abortion laws, Casiano had few options. The state bans abortions in almost all cases, with the exceptions of “life threatening” conditions to the mother. Casiano said she was unable to travel outside of the state for an abortion due to financial and logistical constraints. So, she was forced to go to term with her baby.

She could not love her baby as long as it was alive within her? The baby was happy and content while inside her. Killing it by way of abortion would not have given the child a peaceful death. Letting the child go naturally would have.

Torture? Torture?
Torture is the baby being ripped limb by limb from her uterus. Torture is me sitting here right now and she things that is “loving and caring”. Torture is that she is so demented that she could not love her baby while it was inside of her.

Huh ... the baby girl could have grown up to be head of the Secret Service. Been an improvement over the current holder of that office.
There is a pic of her on the link by the grave of her baby. Acting all upset because she had to give birth and could not abort the child. Not upset the child died.

Get in a damn car, or bus, or train, or plane, and GO WHERE THEY ARE GOOD WITH BABY KILLING. If you can’t commit to that much effort, what good are you? I AM SO SICK of hearing about women being denied abortions, when they are really being denied CONVENIENT abortions. The post-Row law is: States decide. If it isn’t good enough for you, get the state to change the law or MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
As a veteran of 40+ years of marriage, there are many types of spousal sex that involve NO POSSIBILITY of pregnancy. How in this internet/sex-super-saturated age is it so damn hard not to get pregnant?

Why couldn’t she have just traveled to a kill state?
There are programs in kill states that will cover travel costs.
According to the Texas Health and Safety Code:
Sec. 170.002. PROHIBITED ACTS; EXEMPTION. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a person may not intentionally or knowingly perform an abortion on a woman who is pregnant with a viable unborn child during the third trimester of the pregnancy.
(b) Subsection (a) does not prohibit a person from performing an abortion if at the time of the abortion the person is a physician and concludes in good faith according to the physician’s best medical judgment that:
(1) the fetus is not a viable fetus and the pregnancy is not in the third trimester;
(2) the abortion is necessary to prevent the death or a substantial risk of serious impairment to the physical or mental health of the woman; or
(3) the fetus has a severe and irreversible abnormality, identified by reliable diagnostic procedures.
So what stopped the abortion?
