Donald Trump is safe after an assassination attempt at his Pennsylvania rally where he was rushed off stage with blood coming from his ear.
The former president raised his fist and shouted 'fight , fight, fight' after shots were fired at the event in front of thousands of MAGA fans.
The U.S. Secret Service said that the 'former President is safe' in a new statement.

It gets me sick thinking how close he came. Just moving his head an inch... Can you imagine what the news could have been? The Lord watches over this man, protects him of that I have no doubt. 8 years, endless threats, attacks, and they fail every time to end him.

I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!
Thanks God that Donald J. Trump was only slightly wounded and will fully recover in a short times. Prayers for those, and their families, murdered or wounded at the rally by this nut. As for the nut…hopefully he’s learning what unlimited free heat for eternity means.

I just dug out an old 2020 Trump sign . I live on MAIN street . Stuck it out in my front yard flanked by American flags . The first guy to drive by while I was doing this , stopped , backed up , rolled his window down , shouted “ God bless you “ , stuck his fist out and yelled “ Fight “ .
This tragic event can be used for campaigning. I hope president trump attends the funeral of that guy killed by the shooter and from there continues his campaign rally
