The problem is corn syrup, especially HFCS. Most or our processed food has corn syrup, not so much sugar-due to costs.

I don’t care what they say about Crisco oil, as long as one uses it in the right way, IT IS FINE. And considering that it was developed as an industrial lubricant, using it to grease my front wheel bearings is a PERFECT application.
