That guy was so nice to me.

Agreed. I met with him at his DC office with 2 other colleagues. This was during the late-BO years when he was Minority leader of the Armed Forces Committee.

A few things I recall: “I’ll be a Senator until I can no longer fly my plane upside down in a 360-degree loop.” “Being a Senator is one of the hundred most powerful people.” “We used to have the ability to fight two wars. Now we can barely do one.”

That last comment was just depressing. After the meeting we stood outside in the hallway a bit stunned. Subsequently we had a meeting in Michelle Bachman’s office. Senator Inhofe’s office was much larger and nicer.

i asked him why members of congress on the republican side were not supporting him and calling out the fake climate change agenda- he responded that basically they ‘didn’t want to wade into the controversy’ in otherwords- they were cowards who wouldn’t stand for the truth- (that last part was my view- not his comment)- Inhoffe at the time was still on the right track for conservatives, but quickly went left and became a rino- that is what my criticism of Jim was-

I never mentioned to him that i ran a blog- that wasn’t my reason for contacting him- it was back when the whole scam was just really beginning to take off world wide- and i thought then that there might be a chance to stop the train- wow was i wrong-
