Dagnabbit, don't tell me Biden is fine neurologically but ignore vascular dementia

Vascular Dementia

Diagnosis Doctors can nearly always determine that you have dementia, but there's no specific test that confirms you have vascular dementia. Your doctor will make a judgment about whether vascular dementia is the most likely cause of your symptoms based on the information you provide, your medical history for stroke or disorders of the heart and blood vessels, and results of tests that may help clarify your diagnosis.

... Brain imaging Images of your brain can pinpoint visible abnormalities caused by strokes, blood vessel diseases, tumors or trauma that may cause changes in thinking and reasoning. A brain-imaging study can help your doctor zero in on more-likely causes for your symptoms and rule out other causes....

Brain-imaging procedures your doctor may recommend to help diagnose vascular dementia include:

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). An Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) uses radio waves and a strong magnetic field to produce detailed images of your brain. You lie on a narrow table that slides into a tube-shaped MRI machine, which makes loud banging noises while it produces images.

A CT scan can provide information about your brain's structure; tell whether any regions show shrinkage; and detect evidence of a stroke, ministroke (transient ischemic attacks), a change in blood vessels or a tumor.

Neuropsychological tests This type of exam assesses your ability to:

Speak, write and understand language Work with numbers Learn and remember information Develop a plan of attack and solve a problem Respond effectively to hypothetical situations Neuropsychological tests sometimes show characteristic results for people with different types of dementia. People with vascular dementia may have an exceptionally hard time analyzing a problem and developing an effective solution.

It's sundown. I'm pissed that the press doesn't know enough about dementia to pin Karine Jean-Pierre on making Biden appear cognitively okay just because he passes the occasional neurological test. Check out the Mayo Clinic's website and you'll see "vascular dementia" isn't necessarily a neurological condition, you idiots! Do I have to do all the work for you?

My mom had vascular dementia. Two years before she passed, we had a few huge wake up calls. For me personally, she stopped knowing who I was. As long as we were on the phone, she seemed ok. When I saw her in person, she had no clue who I was.

She marveled how I knew so much about her and her family: her parents, her husband, her children, the house she/they grew up in, the family business, etc.

At one point, with me standing right there, she said to my sister, whom she saw every day, “wouldn’t it be funny if this FF was the same FF that calls me every evening, and we watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune together?!!”

Yes, Mama, that would be funny!!

I have been saying since 2019 that Biden reminded me of my Mama. They fake things as best they can, but there are cracks that the caregivers piece together.

Shame on Dr. Jill and I mean that with all of my heart.

Been sounding the alarm since 2020. Biden’s basement campaign camouflaged his condition. He has history, two aneurysms.

Biden should see a proctologist, so it can be determined how such a big a$$hole can exist.

If “vascular” dementia can’t be diagnosed, then “vascular” dementia can not really exist
