Did anyone just watch Biden's North Carolina rally? A totally different person from last nights debate. He was alert, crisp, foreceful.
He absolutely had to be "enhanced"

Yes, they've got him on something, administered in the WH library when it's a home game, in AF one when it's away.

If you watch Biden while Jill “the shill” is warming up the crowd, he looks like a paralyzed zombie. At this point he is like a trained monkey that can be switched on an off. If he has a teleprompter, he can complete the task, but without the teleprompter he is lost and clueless.
