I know several Phi Kappa Psi pledges who may be immortal.

After controlling for factors that can affect mortality risk, the researchers found women in the study who ate small fish frequently were less likely to die from any cause. Of these women, those who were struck by a falling piano somehow miraculously survived.

Trust me, you do NOT want to be anywhere NEAR Lake Michigan when the Alewife are running; it will turn you off of fish for-ever! ;)
My mother LOVES Pickled Herring in Cream Sauce. *GAG* She’s 86 and runs circles around me on a daily basis. :) *HEART*

Uh, no thanks. I’d prefer death.

Just make sure you eat the "Veggie" Goldfish, or the Japanese Seaweed Goldfish.

Eating small fish whole can prolong life expectancy, a Japanese study finds I swallowed the whole can. The radiologist says the X-rays don't look good.

Are Sardines in a can “whole”?

I enjoy sardines, except Norwegian- they gave the Nobel to BHO. On WestPac cruises, visited many a dive with a guppy tank alongside a deep fryer on the back bar...great snack with beer.

We had a place that did whole fried anchovies near us. Co-owner pissed off the alphabet people during the riots and soon the restaurant was no more. Sad...

I eat these regularly. But is it a problem that they remove the skin and bones?
