When Rikki Baker Keusch, a disabled New York-based Jewish community organizer, saw that Hochul was seriously thinking about a mask ban, they were livid. Taking Covid precautions has also become the norm in the Jewish community they are a part of in New York City. “We required everyone to test [for Covid] before Seder,” said Baker Keusch, who wears masks to protect themselves from infectious diseases during pro-Palestinian protests. Getting Covid again while at a demonstration would set back “all of the health progress I’ve barely been able to make since my last Covid infection,” Baker Keusch said.
People are far less likely to contract Covid if they wear an effective mask, with duckbill N95 masks being the most effective for preventing infections. Given the drop-off in testing, it is difficult know just how many people in New York have Covid. But data from the state shows that the age groups with the most diagnosed cases are children under one-year-old and adults over 85.

LOL! Mother Jones finds one Jew who wears a mask.
Sometimes I think covidmania is bigger than Beatlemania.

Check out her professional backround.
Looks like Mother Jones failed to mention a few things.
There’s a shocker.
These people are completely delusional. If masks are the be all end-all like they claim what others have to wear them and not just them? I’ll answer my own question, because they are out to control the populace. It’s not about health it’s about keeping their foot on your neck
the irony. i was pretty much run out of NYC for refusing to “mask up.” no exaggeration.
When mask mania was raging in 2020 by Karens, I thought to myself, the Karens are the modern hitler youth.
Covidiots still trying to affect laws.
Obviously, we did not want to catch the original strain from Wuhan.
Two years later, the virus became harmless because the lethality was no longer there as it mutated.
Our minister’s wife worked at a hospital. She got a religious exemption so she could avoid the “vaccine.” However, during Zoom meetings, she was the only person required to wear a mask. Yes, alone, in her office. It was just another example that the masks were about control.
Neurosis is a real problem, especially in crowded urban areas.
When the pandemic was “raging”, I was out and about and working in public, never got sick, until October 2022, I caught a bad cold(the first one in 40 years) it was probably covid, I don’t know, and this was after I got 2 Pfizer jabs. I was fine after 2 days.
Neurosis of the ‘libber’? 🤔😊👍
You are absolutely right.
Can we just deport the branch covidians from planet earth 🌎🌍🌏?!
Indeed. Just look at Commiefornia.
Unfortunately, they seem to be on the path of doing themselves in for us.

I agree 100% and I thought the same thing. They would have loaded the un-vaxed on cattle cars if they could have.
The whole way they dealt with Covid was very Nazi-like.
“ …said Baker Keusch, who wears masks to protect themselves from infectious diseases during pro-Palestinian protests. “
The real reason: to make it harder to identify rioters who commit illegal acts.
The Hasidic Jews in New York did not abide by any of the COVID protocols. As a result, COVID burned through those communities, and they had full herd immunity within weeks.
And there were doctors serving these communities who were prescribing hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as a prophylactic for elderly people before our demon leaders had a chance to make it unavailable.
This enraged our demon leaders, so of course they pointed their fingers at them and said “thanks to the Hasidic Jews ignoring ‘the science’, we’ll never get past COVID”.
As a resident of NYC, I found it amusing that there were COVID testing tents and testing vans set up in all different neighborhoods in all different boros, but not in the Hasidic neighborhoods, where they knew there were no takers for the fear they were selling.
