And Trump knows this so he kid gloves him for first debate which NO ONE remembers after the SECOND debate.

Then in grave tones a spokesman will announce the president is, indeed, in serious condition. So serious someone in the democrat party will say he is “in our hearts and prayers.”
The public will be left to ponder that for a news cycle or two; and to come to the conclusion that Joe, for the good of the nation, has or will step down.
After that, democrat leaders will have only to confirm what everyone has already concluded. Within six hours Joe will be ancient, but revered, history.
Then the rejoicing when a dem unity candidate is announced. It will be said "we must unite and save democracy" by supporting candidate xyz.

Those of us who have watched his rapid mental and physical decline this past year have no doubt that Biden will not be President. The question is......how do the Democrats try to rig a federal Presidential election so they can remain in power.
Will they nominate someone surprising at their convention and then campaign that that Joe will resign the day after the election so that Harris can have a few weeks as President and that the VP candidate will be sworn in in January? Nothing would surprise me.

I agree with you about some plan that includes Biden being
re-elected along with Harris. My differing is in how the plan
plays out after the swearing in. Biden resigns two years and
one day after swearing in and VP Harris is sworn in as the
President. She can serve the remaining two years minus one
day and be re-elected for two full four year terms.
When Biden goes to the convention in Chicago with an overwhelming majority of the committed delegates, what is the process by which he can be legally removed?
