Maybe when someone is trying to coerce you to do something, just maybe you should stop and ask why.
Suing “Pfizer” is not the answer. Go after the people who run Pfizer. The company did nothing. Those who run it should not walk away with their golden parachutes.
The are some EVIL individuals in Pfizer.
Pfizer never fooled this Kansan, but I know plenty of others who were fooled.
A few threads back Chuck Todd rambles for 36 paragraphs grabbing at whatever propaganda piece will stick.
He’s still on Trump’s bleach injection comment.
They’re so out of it. Still.
Never forget how those who boldly resisted lining up for these shots, like compliant sheep being led to slaughter, were shamed in public, banned from public events, treated as second class citizens, and even banished from family Christmas gatherings, due to the hysteria generated.
Those who got the shots now don't want to talk about it and want us to forget the whole thing ever happened. Well I will never forget!
Ditto. I darn near lost my job at K-State because I refused to get the clot shot.
The more pressure they used, the more determined I was not to take it. If it was so great they wouldn’t need to use pressure.
The company Pfizer should be sued. The individual people at Pfizer responsible for making these decisions should be hanged.
”Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced Monday that he is suing Pfizer for misleading Kansans about its COVID mRNA shots.
Kobach is accusing Pfizer of deceiving the public about the significant health risks associated with the mRNA products,
and of misrepresenting the efficacy of the jabs. “
”“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,”
the Kansas AG told reporters during a press conference at the Statehouse in Topeka. “
”The percentage of adverse events was higher in pregnant women than the general population by about 17 percent,
according to a study published in Medicine in February 2022.” (Emphasis mine)
”Kobach said Pfizer knew a year earlier that there were significant risks to taking the jab while pregnant. ..”
”..“Additionally Pfizer claimed its vaccine protected against COVID variants, despite data showing otherwise.
The pharmaceutical giant also suggested its vaccine prevented COVID transmission, but later admitted it had never studied whether its vaccine stopped transmission, ” Kobach’s office said in a news release. “ (Emphasis Mine)
”Kobach also alleged that “Pfizer coordinated with social media officials to censor speech critical of COVID-19 vaccines
and declined to participate in the federal government’s vaccine development program, Operation Warp Speed, to avoid government oversight.”
”Vaccines administered under an Emergency Use Authorization are protected from legal liability, but not if they were fraudulently produced.
Because of this, Pfizer is facing multiple lawsuits, as well as an ongoing grand jury investigation in Florida
to look into potential criminal activity related to its mRNA shots. “
“On November 30, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that he was suing Pfizer for “unlawfully misrepresenting” Covid-19 vaccine efficacy
and conspiring to censor public discourse" (The article continues...)
Yeah, sure just like the tobacco companies did nothing. Who is giving the executives golden parachutes?
Big Pharma must foot the enormous bill, not a few executives. COVID vaccines created massive profits for stockholders.
"Take this shot or you'll kill grandma" was the worst sales pitch ever.
I was not anti-vaccine for most of my life. Prior to COVID, if my doctor told me I was due for a measles or tetanus shot, or whatever, I'd say go ahead and stick it in me. In retrospect, I was wrong to be so trusting of the medical community. Especially as my health has greatly improved by going against their generic dietary advice, which is a whole other topic that gets my blood boiling.
For instance, I was able to come off my high blood pressure medication simply by changing my diet. My doctor would have had me taking those pills for the rest of my life and had zero inclination to help me get off them.
Everybody must be their own health advocate these days. You simply cannot trust doctors. They are in league with the pharmaceutical industry and have no vested interest in your good health. Their collective aim is to keep prescribing more and more medications, thus keeping you as a regular customer.
Go to 45 second mark of this press conference where the Kansas AG states that the Kansas case is the first of a multi-state effort of a five state collaboration with Kansas being the first state to file suit.
This is big. I have not read anyone mention this.

Kolbach doesn’t mention the states, except to say that Idaho is one he knows about. I don’t know why he mentions one state. I guess the Idaho AG wants it to be known. Maybe Idaho is ready to drop their lawsuit against Pfizer before the month is out.
The other AG’s will drop the suits when they are ready. I have the feeling each state AG has a little something to add that was not part of a previous state’s suit based on nuances in state laws and perhaps an investigation in the state involving state-level medical data. For instance, I don’t believe the Texas AG mentioned Pfizer lying about the adverse effects of the vaccine on pregnant women but this is a count in the Kansas case.
If I had to guess on the other states, it would be Arkansas, Indiana, and Kentucky. However, in the press conference, Kolbach goes on to say something to suggest that Texas is one of the five states and corrected himself to say Kansas is the second, not the first, to file a case. I am really not sure if we are talking about five states total or Kansas being the first of five more states in addition to Texas hitting Pfizer with lawsuits in succession all summer long.
I think Florida is going to hit Pfizer with something criminal, but through some other agency other than the AG’s office.
Pressure has to be put on the AG’s of 45 states, not that much can be expected of demoncrat AG’s.
“ Big Pharma must foot the enormous bill, not a few executives”
“Big Pharma” IS a few executives. The company itself is nothing but a name. It is the PEOPLE who run it that must be held accountable. What good to sue the “company” and let the actual perps walk? Regarding the “big tobacco” notion, the same people are still out there still selling cigarettes. All they did was get rid of Joe Camel and line their pockets. The corporation is the legal entity these scoundrels hide behind. I want the actual scoundrels themselves held responsible.
There are tens of billions of dollars involved. A few executives don’t have the money to cover the liabilities involved. You can do both, I.e., hold the scoundrels and the corporation accountable.
How much did Big Tobacco settle for?
The settlement also dissolved the tobacco industry groups Tobacco Institute, the Center for Indoor Air Research, and the Council for Tobacco Research. In the MSA, the original participating manufacturers (OPM) agreed to pay a minimum of $206 billion over the first 25 years of the agreement.
This article has Kobach claiming that Pfizer declined to participate with Operation Warp Speed.
Pfizer in fact signed a contract with Warp Speed in July 2020 for 1.9 billion. They were one of 13 companies that participated.
The board of Pfizer might be willing to cut a deal and turn state’s evidence with proof of criminal culpability by some of their execs and top scientists in return for not being sued into nonexistence. They will say they started an internal investigation a couple years ago when they became the reports they were receiving from said executives and scientists were BS.
“’While other pharmaceutical companies did take federal funds to develop a vaccine, Pfizer declined to do so, the only one of the major prospective developers to go it alone.
At the same time, on July 22, Pfizer agreed to a $1.95 billion deal with the Trump administration “for large-scale production and nationwide delivery of 100 million doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in the United States following the vaccine’s successful manufacture and approval.’”
Adverse events in Pfizer trial may have been underreported by 10X or more..

Australia’s ‘Covid Honour Roll’ is Absurd
REBEKAH BARNETT JUNE 19, 2024
In Australia, you can preside over human rights abuses, you can authorise police violence on citizens, you can blow millions-to-billions on cancelled infrastructure projects, and you can name-call from the bully pulpit…and we’ll give you an award for it.
