Maybe when someone is trying to coerce you to do something, just maybe you should stop and ask why.
Suing “Pfizer” is not the answer. Go after the people who run Pfizer. The company did nothing. Those who run it should not walk away with their golden parachutes.

Never forget how those who boldly resisted lining up for these shots, like compliant sheep being led to slaughter, were shamed in public, banned from public events, treated as second class citizens, and even banished from family Christmas gatherings, due to the hysteria generated.

Go to 45 second mark of this press conference where the Kansas AG states that the Kansas case is the first of a multi-state effort of a five state collaboration with Kansas being the first state to file suit.

Kolbach doesn’t mention the states, except to say that Idaho is one he knows about. I don’t know why he mentions one state. I guess the Idaho AG wants it to be known. Maybe Idaho is ready to drop their lawsuit against Pfizer before the month is out.
The other AG’s will drop the suits when they are ready. I have the feeling each state AG has a little something to add that was not part of a previous state’s suit based on nuances in state laws and perhaps an investigation in the state involving state-level medical data. For instance, I don’t believe the Texas AG mentioned Pfizer lying about the adverse effects of the vaccine on pregnant women but this is a count in the Kansas case.
If I had to guess on the other states, it would be Arkansas, Indiana, and Kentucky. However, in the press conference, Kolbach goes on to say something to suggest that Texas is one of the five states and corrected himself to say Kansas is the second, not the first, to file a case. I am really not sure if we are talking about five states total or Kansas being the first of five more states in addition to Texas hitting Pfizer with lawsuits in succession all summer long.
I think Florida is going to hit Pfizer with something criminal, but through some other agency other than the AG’s office.
Pressure has to be put on the AG’s of 45 states, not that much can be expected of demoncrat AG’s.
This article has Kobach claiming that Pfizer declined to participate with Operation Warp Speed.
Pfizer in fact signed a contract with Warp Speed in July 2020 for 1.9 billion. They were one of 13 companies that participated.
