You said that was how it worked in your world when you defended your daughter’s right to get her money back after changing her mind.
LOL!
You have a very hard time with common sense.
My daughter had only ordered a Tesla, and she never had a vehicle delivered. She canceled the order. She NEVER saw the vehicle, and all she had done is test drive one. Whereas, you talked about people asking for their money back after having driven the vehicle for years. Not quite the same situation with my daughter.
Maybe common sense is completely absent in your planet?

Most EVs 10 or more years old are still on the road.
Must be the road to the junk yard. But, most go to the junkyard after just a few years, and not 10. But, even the junkyards don't want them because of the fire hazards that EV batteries have always been. When EVs are discarded, they're only used for recycling their metal.

“But, most go to the junkyard after just a few years”
How can that be since most are still on the road after many more years?
This is fun seeing how many tall tales you can come up with!

Tesla clearly states that the order fee is non-refundable yet your daughter demands to get it back.

Clearly, Tesla lied, because, my daughter got her money back. Plus, it would be bad business practice if one can't get their money back for a product that hasn't even been delivered.

Abandoned and laying on the side of the road, is not the same as on the road, in the traditional sense of what that means. Why would anybody keep a useless vehicle for more than even one year? Oh, I forgot, people like you with no common sense.

First thing in two days you have said that makes sense.

First thing in two days you have said that makes sense.
You haven't been paying attention.
Most people had the good sense to stay away from EVs. Now, even those who jumped on the EV bandwagon are coming to their senses too. And even the car makers are realizing that, EVs are not such a good idea, and they're pulling back on their EV manufacturing plants. The only 'people' not making any sense when it comes to EVs, are the government idiots and a bunch of EV buyers.

Hey there! Finally remembered to ask the hubs about that engine. He says it’s from a 67, and just a regular 4 barrel carb, no high octane.
To: Mama Shawna
Ah, ‘67 was a very good year to be a Dart. Improved brakes, no emissions/safety crap. The 318 might have been available in that year. Just keep an eye on those ball joints! Nothing regular about a 4 barrel carb. I was satisfied with my 1 barrel Holley.
