SOLD Not as Advertised – How to Restore the America That We Were Sold Without Civil War or Rigged Elections

When you’re young and are taught in school about the Declaration of Independence, the Liberty Bell, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, you are sold an America: independence from an oppressive, coercive, foreign government, constitutional limitations, guaranteed rights, privacy, a government of, by and for the people, the land of the free and the home of the brave, etc.

Later, when you get a little older and want to start driving yourself to school, you learn that it’s against the law unless you pay a fee and get permission from the government.

Later, when you want to start making your own money, you find out it’s against the law to work in the U.S. unless you surrender information about yourself when you register a W2 and agree to let the government manage how much money they keep in taxes.

Later, when you want to go fishing, hunting, boating, drive a semi, fly a plane, start a business, become a doctor or nurse, get married, build a house, etc., you find out that unless you register more private information about yourself and pay more fees for more permission from the government, everything, EVERYTHING is against the law.

As we look back on our life, we see that we live in a land where freedom isn’t free. We have to pay for temporary access to liberty and we live in fear of our government. If we do ANYTHING without paying for the right licenses, registrations, permits, insurances and taxes, they will fine us for even more money and threaten us with jail or the confiscation of our property. Their claims of order and safety are just a diversionary ruse. By evidence of how one achieves compliance, by paying money, law enforcement has merely become a method for raising funds.

All of these legal prohibitions infringe our public rights and are proof that we do not live under the constitution as we were led to believe. If we had to define it, the legal prison we have found ourselves in is a coercive system of commercial - contract law that operates more like a heavily policed corporation, not a free and open society. Rule of thumb, if you have to pay money for something, you are doing business with a company. The government dictates the terms. We must pay tribute in fees, taxes and sign our signatures effectively waiving our birthrights in trade for their legal permission to live.

And what does the government fund with these taxes and fees? Things like illegal immigration, welfare abuse, abortions, sex change surgeries, miseducation and sexual corruption of the youth, bio-weapons development, domestic spying and psychological warfare operations, geo-engineering, endless foreign wars for profit, and on, and on, and on, a criminal death cult.

It’s horrifying to realize. The government is threatened by our original founding documents, our natural law, and has been degrading them, their limitations and our rights to only a token status. We’ve watched the government tell us we live in a democracy and then hijack elections. It’s clear that they will never allow us to vote our “constitution” back into existence. We’ve seen them turn this back into a situation eerily similar to conditions that existed before the American Revolution against the British Empire. They have clearly established that it’s the government versus the people by passing an overwhelming multitude of laws every year. If current laws can’t be used to incriminate honest people, they will write ones that can.

But what laws? The supreme law of the land, the “constitution” that we were promised in school? Or other laws that are … foreign … to the constitution as we know it? Laws that are used to trick us into waiving our rights to life, liberty, property, due process, etc?

But what rights? The unalienable rights mentioned in the Declaration of Independence? Or “civil rights,” “human rights,” corporate franchise citizen privileges that are derived from the 14th Amendment to the constitution? There is a massive, legal difference and conflict between the two.

But what “constitution?” The one that limits the government and guarantees the people’s rights? No, what we’ve been subjected to conflicts with our founding principles. Is it possible that the government operates under another constitution that they’ve not told us about?

But what government? Not us. Not a government by the people as advertised. Only the exceedingly wealthy can afford to run for office. The government only promotes a selected elite for us to vote for, who only leave things strategically worse when their terms are up. The only tool to alter the government we’ve been allowed can be exercised just once every four years. In the meantime we are at the complete mercy of every administration for the duration. Recalls and impeachment efforts have proven to be futile. When all is said and done, we have little to no effect on the ultimate policy of the government and we do not participate in government at all. Instead of self-governing, we allow authority figures to replace us in government, who then operate separately and most often without our consent, a government that is in practice, if not in fact, separate from, foreign to, and at odds with the people of America.

But what America? Not the one we were sold. This is the “United States,” the company.

Knowing that we will be held eternally accountable by God for the things that we enabled in life and were associated with, we might be ready now to look for a means beyond the methods they provide, this rigged system to lawfully and peacefully separate from this foreign government while remaining Americans who stand on our rights.

Many people believe at this point the only way to restore America to our original founding is through some sort of national divorce or another civil war. But most Americans are not aware of a back door that was written into the commercial code which provides a means of escape that does not involve bloodshed. In all legislation, if a law is found to cause harm, there must be a remedy and recourse for that law. And any law that requires you to waive your fundamental rights is invalid so long as you do not concede.

The 14th Amendment is the path to citizenship, the law in which the federal government proclaims that you were born in an organization called the “United States” instead of the sovereign nation state where you were actually born. This presumption of your identity as their citizen establishes you as a corporate franchise of the United States government and a subject of their contract law jurisdiction, making you responsible for their corporate debt. This is the cause of harm.

In legal parlance when a name appears in all capital letters it designates a corporation or the estate of a dead man. For proof that they have been addressing you as a corporate entity this whole time, look no further than your own wallet – your name in all capital letters on your drivers license, your name in all capital letters on your credit debit/card. For more proof, look in the glove box of your car – your name in all capital letters on your car insurance, and again on your vehicle registration. There’s even more proof in your mail box – your name in all caps on your home mortgage, and again on your utility statement, and again on your cell phone bill. What about your birth certificate??? You are, on record, a corporate citizen, a dependent of the United States government, not an independent American protected by the “constitution.”

U.S. Citizens who do not object to this unlawful conversion of their national sovereignty into a governed franchise have no legal standing to demand anything. This is just one of the ways the government has flipped the roles of authority defrauding the people and why conditions never improve from one election to another. When someone advertises one thing, but sells something entirely different, that is called fraud. Fraud vitiates, or negates everything from it’s inception.

The path back to American Sovereignty, the peaceful, lawful remedy is to begin a track record of objecting to the fraud. You can restore your lawful standing by correcting your political identity in the public record and repatriating to the common law jurisdiction of your birth state as an American State National, protected by the definitions of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.

As an American State National, not a U.S. citizen, the United States government must acknowledge you as a foreign sovereign, foreign to their corporate structure and immune to the commercial law that the federal and state courts attempt to compel their victims to contract under. American State Nationals are free of the federal income tax burden, free of all compulsions to contract for licenses, permits, registrations or insurances, and free from all moral implications of association with the crimes of the incorporated United States government. Becoming an American State National does not absolve you from God’s natural, common law, to do no harm, only from man-made laws that violate nature.

If you are through being harmed by the government, if you no longer want to be associated with them or continue funding the beast, if you’ve lost all faith in the efficacy of elections, protest and redress, if you want to remain an American and retain your fundamental rights, you can withdraw from the legal jurisdiction that they’ve built up around you and repatriate to the lawful jurisdiction of an American State National. You can do this NOW by contacting your state assembly coordinator at states.americanstatenationals.org/state-coordinators. You don’t have to fight a civil war. You don’t have to wait years and years for a constitutional convention or another election for someone to rescue you.

What court would award these fines, and how would the court ensure that the litigant State National could collect?

Sure you could have State National courts trying a case against a cop in absentia, and awarding judgement based on his failure to appear and contest.

How do you collect?

A president is the CEO of a corporation. Always has been. When Trump was CEO of the United States and the Federation of States informed him of the situation, did the American people hear anthing about it? When our fiduciary Anna Von Reitz warned him what to expect by entering their admiralty court jurisdictions as a subject of their system and he continues to comply, complain, comply, complain, "the system is rigged," comply harder, vote, "stolen election," vote harder, I don't think we think very much of him in the way of someone who will save anything or anybody.

The “all caps” convention the OP characterizes has further evidence in the fact that your name is no longer preceded by Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. on any legal documents. It’s like they are saying you are not a person any longer but an entity. What other reason to leave off the personal identifier? And this has been going on for years so don’t say it is because of the woke pronoun BS we have been besieged by over the past few years.

“Mister” is a maritime title for a midshipman performing a term of endentured service in the navy. Mrs. is the wife of a midshipman. Failing to object to the title of Mr. is another way we fall for their legal trickery. We do not accept titles in America.

Hypothetical..

If Trump loses another rigged/stolen election, and then we find him on Truth Social posting the Declaration of Independence with his signature written over the original signers, would folks in this movement stand neutral still?

The issue is the legal fiction created by congress called “a citizen of the United States.” Donald Trump is a 14th amendment corporate citizen, a prejudged guilty all caps name when he enters the municipal courts which have a 96% conviction rate. No one can make corrective efforts to the government without lawful standing, as the government views “citizens” as legal fictions, dead corpses. Winning a federal election, signing the Declaration of Independence or the 2nd Declaration of Independence does not correct the political status that has been assumed by the government for Donald Trump, for anyone else or disclose this crime of personage to the country.

Everyone has to correct their own record individually. It can’t be done for them. The civilian government has to be reconstructed by self governing people, not some elected king. It’s against our heritage for everyone to hang their hopes and responsibilities on a single hero to save them as we are all meant to be sovereigns in our own right.

How about a bankruptcy and a complete obliteration of not only a Deep State but the whole frickin temple that’s been built?

Heya bud. I noticed you stranded on the side of the road here trying to change the flat tire on your car. And I just wanted to say changing the tire isn’t going to make this car go. Why not? The engine’s blown. Somebody’s been trying to make this car run on the wrong fuel. They put diesel in it but this is a gas engine. It’s kinda like the country, you know, is suppose to be run by the people and not by some federal subcontractor. Anyway, there’s only way you’re gonna get this car going again. The engine has to be completely REMOVED and DISASSEMBLED. Then it’s gotta be rebuilt correctly from the ground up. Only put the right kind of gas in it next time and don’t let anybody tell you any different. We’ll, so long bud.

Military administration has known what it was doing for one and a half centuries. They should have towed this heap away a long time ago but they didn’t. They are, in this “wrong fuel” parable, the ones who convinced us to let them put diesel in our gas tank.

The lower ranks who were never in the know are not to blame. They really have been more taken advantage of, misused and neglected than any of us. The military and it’s assets has to be returned to true civilian control - as they have been ... advertised to be ... a civilian controlled military, a community controlled police, etc.

When Trump got surrounded by some military during his inauguration speech in a rather odd moment, could that have been a sign that Trump was actually a choice of those in the military who have the same opinions and views that the system is rigged and corrupted and they chose Trump to help obliterate it?

Some have argued that those that surrounded him weren’t just average military, but branches of military intelligence..

If the military are playing a long game too, maybe they had to wait for a patriot to hold that CEO position.
