Would you mind repeating that, because I think you just asked me to dox private information about Americans. But I do understand your question. We do not go around looking to prey on others through conflict. Until states have an alternative to provide law enforcement through our common law courts it is best to not put yourself in a situation where you have to educate a state or federal employee. Most court proceedings are public. No doxxing.

What court would award these fines, and how would the court ensure that the litigant State National could collect?

Sure you could have State National courts trying a case against a cop in absentia, and awarding judgement based on his failure to appear and contest.

How do you collect?
