The head movement indicates an subconscious desire to empathize with whomever you are chatting with. Psychopaths have to fake it, because they are incapable of empathy.
This is not an absolute indicator, because psychopaths might fake head movements as well to make it seem as though they empathize when they don't.

I had a very good professor in college who had a lot of experience in this area. He said you could be working alongside a psychopath (who hates you) for years are not know it. Some of them are so good at faking it.

Psychopathy is just a psychological condition. It’s not a designation of badness or evil. They just can’t empathize. The majority of them are perfectly law abiding and harmless, and they might do many good works in their life.
They just don’t have the brain structure or chemicals to empathize with you.
