While listening to Jack Prosobic it came time for ads to be run. The first was for Tusk Search and the URL is tusksearch.com
Other than the ad, I have no clue if it is what it says it is, but I thought I would bring it to the attention of FR if anyone is interested. I have zero involvement with this product. This is just a notification of its existence.
Clickable link that opens up a new tab:
I Am going to give it a try, because I am tired of all the other search engines .
Thanks for the suggestion, though ... if there is a reasonably unbiased and effective search engine we should all use it.
The results were much more impressive than what I get with Google or Swiss Cows.
Fox is center to left. The late Roger Ailes made that clear back in 2011 when he announced the “course correction” and hired people like Chris Wallace.
What was your test case?
Brave, DuckDuckGo.
Actually, I just tried a search deleting a bunch of news sites, and it worked; but not if you go to ‘related searches’.
(I don’t do anything on the phone except make calls and listen to the radio. I don’t even like laptops and tablets...)
Yandex.
Compare the results between Yandex and Google for any topic that is remotely political. You will be amazed at the difference.
May I remind y’all that software (at least up to last year) is written by people. And what is the political slant of those people? Left to far left. Q.E.D.
I sometimes do this search to see how Google or Swiss Cows handles my articles on bears and defensive use of handguns against bears.
Tusksearch turned up many more articles, all on the first page, than the other search engines.
I recall a story (on FR?) that Bing interacts with GitHub now that Microsoft owns Git Hub.
I think we have a lot of programmers here on FR...
Rumble is getting better. Not there yet, but better.
I don’t recall seeing Bing search results directly from GitHub. But it’s been a while since I used it.
Thanks ... just tried it myself
tusk and bing produced different but IMO equivalent results. google’s results were decidedly inferior.
There are conservatives that know how to code as well. One thing I didn’t notice at first, is that there is a selector that the choices are left center & right. So I will examine if further. My initial try was using center selection, and thought this is no better than any other. Right does bring back different results, so I will try it for a while to see what I think of it.
>>It appears to consider CNN ‘center’.
and NPR.
Thank you Robert!

Thanks for that recommendation. I’ll give them a try.
Did a search for InfoWars Alex Jones website and gave up after it didn’t appear in the first 100 results. It was all MSM entries. Kind of strange for an alleged free speech search engine.
Did you notice that just below where you enter the search criteria, there is a switch that says left center right, switch is to right and try again.
