Killed a seagull with my three-wood approach to a par-five at La Mirada during a high school golf match, 1966. So for me, there are birdies, eagles, albatrosses and seagulls. Though I’m still waiting on an actual albatross....................

A buddy of mine and I were playing a par 5, and, playing “ready golf”, we hit our approach shots from opposite sides of the fairway to the green at the same time.
The two balls hit - IN MID AIR - about ten feet off the ground at right about the front edge of the green.
Maybe the most odds-against-it thing I’ve ever seen.

I killed a adult Canadian Goose on a Las Vegas driving range.
Hit a scorcher driver shot and killed it instantly about 100 yds out from the tee.
