*** IMPORTANT *** This crypto is in 2 parts. Do NOT attempt to solve 1 first. Solve 2 first, then you can use some of the letters from 2 in 1.
And the source will be of help.

You can find this fun quotation puzzle, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers,
in several daily publications. I challenge us with the best ones out there.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter.
For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram). Beware, the game is very addictive.
If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you'll be solving them all within a few days.
If you're stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply,
or if you need a hint for today's Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper.
If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal's Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.

One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don't put the actual words of the quote in the clue.
Hiya kids! Hiya, Hiya!
Good Morning Crypto-FReepers.
I see some of the same old faces out there.
But that's OK - I like you anyway.
Here's today's quote!
It's from VFXO!
Ha Ha Ha!
I'm expecting some really good, VFXO clues!!
I'll be good - I will, (like heck) I will!
Ha ha ha.
Where'd I put my magic twanger? Oh, here it is - - -boinng!

Scholars note that XFVCWME constructed this to be plausible linguistically, and to sound rough and harsh. The scholar Alexandre Nemirovski, on linguistic evidence, has proposed that XFVCWME based it on the ancient
Hurrian language, which like the Black Speech was agglutinative.

Such scholarship and knowledge here on FR in breathtaking!

Also google and wikipedia. I HATED the work cited, but I googled the Black Speech to see what language it was in. You see the results.
To: FroggyTheGremlim
I should have read the book. I also don’t speak a word of Klingon.
