A skating rink requires you to hire an off-duty deputy to provide security if you plan an event there?
That sure shows that they seem to have a lot of trouble at that place. Apparently that place draws a pretty rough crowd.

It didn’t “break out.” Some person or people actually went on social media to tell the group to “go riot.” That may be a felony, and they should be pursued, and prosecuted as adults if under 18.
