A Frontier Airlines passenger forced an entire flight to deboard after she refused to comply with exit row instructions.
Video of the incident posted to social media shows the unidentified woman visibly angry with airline employees as fellow passengers pleaded with her to get off the plane.

should have thrown her out of plane.
“They don’t agree- they have to get off or be reseated. Flight was fully seated, and no other available....”
That’s the part that I don’t understand. In that whole cabin, couldn’t the flight crew have quickly found ONE person who was willing to change seats with her and was willing and able to assist with an emergency exit?
My impression from the photo is that she had an aisle seat, so maybe she wouldn’t agree to exchange with middle or window. Even so, somebody with an aisle seat should have figured out that switching would get them to their destination a lot more quickly.
Why should Spirit Airlines passengers have all the fun?
Booboo, ever the optimist.
We were required to give the emergency exit row pax an individual briefing, asking them to review the safety briefing cards to ensure they were willing and able to operate the emergency exit doors.
That being said, what SHE said about looking after herself is inappropriate. Perhaps they thought she was a danger and could harm others in removing her which is why they made all others deplane.
OR with her attitude, maybe they wanted to do security checks on where she was seated or the emergency exit itself.
I hope she is banned from flying or at lease suspended. Also, I believe they can leave a record attached to her identity and make it known she is not allowed to sit in an emergency exit row ever again.
If it were up to me, she would be permanently assigned to the last row, window seat by the toilets. Always.
Stereotypes come from somewhere.
Pick at link - they needed two sets of cuffs linked together to cuff that fat bitch
Believe it or not, at my airline we had a one armed guy who took a seat in the emergency exit row and insisted he COULD open the door - WHICH TAKES TWO ARMS AND HANDS. He was made to move. Of course.
I believe he was going to sue - something something discrimination against disabled people, blah blah blah.
I think it means, could and would she assist others. She at first said she would save herself, which is good...gets her out of the way.
Then she said something about helping Betty White, which is like me saying something about helping Aunt Esther. It’s racist.
Culturally known as a Matriarchal society— thereby explaining the manner in which demonrat gubmint types manage the social construct. Ever notice how many of the matriarchs are in federal bureaucracy— particularly in Social Security. Frequent observation, wonder how to verify the demographics.
Thomas Sowell has written on this. Mother and Father both in the home is reduced to something like 25% (Charlie Kirk quoted on his videos).
Handcuffed? Is that all? She should have been handcuffed, then had a hay hook through her chin and drag her off the plane!
I believe we actually had to get a verbal ‘yes’ from emergency exit row passengers so they understand that it the **** hits the fan, they are on deck.
Good memories - the parents that relocated their young children to sit with them in the emergency exit row and them having to be removed from the flight because they refused to move to other seats. Never mind the stampede that would crush their children in an emergency or how the parents would first be concerned with little Bubba and Bobby Sue instead of opening the doors.....
Sigh... good times...
3rd world America...The only difference is there are no goats strapped to the wings.
Each airline should maintain an aggressive no fly list. It would be a selling feature. She should be on a mandatory no fly list for minimum two years that grand son should go to CPS until a legal guardian comes for him.

I do hope she won a place on the no-fly list for her trouble.
That’ll be on a future “Karen Video” reel.
Wonder why she even bothered with that tiny wheelie bag, couldn’t have held any garment that would fit her fat arse.
I said nothing about melanin. The color of the skin has NOTHING to do with the concept that every individual who causes problems should be the only one to deal with the consequences they cause and incur.
I don’t care if someone is green with purple polka dots.
Bullies should not have that kind of power over everyone else.
Let everyone be responsible for their own actions and the consequences be borne by the person engaged in the disruptive behavior.
Punishing the group does NOT affect the individual who is causing the problem. What I have observed is that if the bully can ruin everyone else’s lives or good time, and get everyone riled up at them, that is it’s own reward for the bully. They pay no matter what. But taking everyone else down with them rewards them with the satisfaction of knowing that EVERYONE else paid for their poor choices.
Group punishment does NOT work. Peer pressure is way over rated.
There are definitely cities where a lay over is too risky. Add Charlotte to that list.
I know what a hay hook is. Ouch! THAT would’ve stopped her tongue from wagging!
