A manager of a Subway in California is recovering from her injuries after being attacked by a customer.
Monique Larios said she was hit in the face multiple times by a man she was just making a sandwich for last Thursday.
“I did not expect it. He came around the corner and I said, ‘What are you going to do, hit me over ham?’ And he hit me,” Larios said. “He punched me and all I could remember is just black.”
According to Larios, the customer, later identified as George Sandoval, escalated the situation because he wanted more ham on his sandwich.
I’m sure the real freedom loving American FBI agents reading this will mark another demerit on my potential terrorist score, but honestly, society, to maintain any chance of viability, just has to put down animals like this.
So, Subway cleans and maintains the restroom for the convenience of non-paying customers? You’re stealing assets.
I prefer to get the Sliced Wheat Bread instead of the Sub Rolls. Way better taste. And then select the meats/cheese and veggies. I have them make it Dry and get whatever Condiments so I can put them on when I'm ready to eat. I usually just eat half of it and then save the rest for another meal or lunch the next day.
Sorry, he is not 5yo girl. But if they send him to the slammer to beat up Jared, I am down with the plan.
No one is giving any credit to the little guy who came to her defense so I will. Everyone else takes off. Someone should have grabbed a heavy object and bashed the perpetrator over the head while he was hanging on his back. He is an unsung hero.
The sad thing about it is that the ‘ham’ was probably actually turkey doctored up to look/taste like processed ham. :0(
You can be This Guy’s wingman any day, FB!
That sounds fantastic. Believe it or not, there was a time when Subway made very good subs. Not on par with what you’d get at an Italian deli but still good enough that you’d look forward to eating one. Of course this was many years ago, like around 1990 or so.
They be hangry!
Subway sandwiches were only tolerable as far back as I bought them but once their korporate management tried to cover up the pedophilia of their spokesman, I was done with them.
I can remember when Blimpie made great sandwiches. Quiznos was great in the beginning before going downhill.
I've had Jersey Mike's and they were okay. Sheetz makes good sandwiches too. Wawa does as well, depending on where you go.
I need to try Firehouse subs.
I think the term you are looking for is 'trench'. A hole just isn't going to cut it.

A good grinder is hard to find. My goto closed years ago, the owner died of cancer, she was a good proprietor, knew her customers, her “boardwalk” was one of the best. Yes it was addictive, had to limit myself to once a week. My other favorite is rumored to still be in business, a place called the Grinderman, it was on a cash only basis and only open limited hours, so worth it though.
