I prefer better policing from the get go not allowing these stupid so called camps to be set up.

Barring that I support professional one at a time arrests with force only used against people who are attacking the cops or others there. Not indiscriminate Billy clubs or whatever.

In my yute cops carried and used night-sticks quite a lot. But made far less arrests. Letting the stick do the dispensing of justice.

It was a simpler and better time.

Lol, it probably wasn’t the best picture to choose for a point I’m trying to make but it was the closest that I could find.

It seems like I have seen cops from countries like Thailand or Pakistan or such using a thin stick to deal with mobs.

When I think of that kind of force I am only thinking of when they are committing what should be a felony, like blocking roads and bridges or destroying property, in other words when they are being arrested and resisting and force has to be used.

Bring back the concept of “peaceful demonstration”.
