Why not just acknowledge the kindness Trump has shown here and save your scorn over other issues for another political thread.
His penchant for McDonald's should help you understand he does not see himself as an elite person. However, his world is primarily impressed with style over substance, so he plays to their itch to have credibility with them. My wife and I do something similar to this. You don't want to spend a lot of time there, but you do have to show up to “represent.”
He throws his gold toilet and multiple planes around to impress the high-brow simpletons, while he is actually very down-to-earth, himself, outside of that. That is how he can get along with so many, because he connects at that level, with people he believes he can trust. He trusts the common person over all the inherited wealth people he is around, save for only a few.
Look to his sons, and his wives, and even his daughters. These people are, or were, generally also down-to-earth and built themselves up. The one wife he regrets (had a while-married sexual encounter with) provided him with a daughter that seems okay, even. Each of them handle themselves generally well, even if dancing in liberal circles.
If you go to one of his rallies, you can see how he handles himself and relaxes. He knows he is around safe people who are not toxic.
He is not an “egomaniac.” He is someone who uses the tools he has across environments to achieve ends. Perhaps, humorously so, like Bruce Wayne, being the “Batman” he once claimed to a child, in the recent past.
I think you need to reassess your understanding of him, from the ground, up.
For crying out loud Sirius...I imagine he was responding to a fabricated(now we know) health issue and you seem to OMIT HE ALSO SUGGESTED alternative products to avert this MAN made pre planned flu. Good Lord you are miserable. Donald John Trump could have sat back and hobnobbed for the remainder of his life ...but what did he do? He got in direct line of fire and gave his Presidential pay away. I directed a social activity for a father who lost an adult son. I went to the memorial service and Dad was shocked and surprised and treated me like a person of great import. I directed a social activity he was involved in - that’s all. When people you respect a little bit show up for such things it’s important. When PDJT shows up it must be seven kinds of awesome.

However I pose to you, what is the exact problem with Trump being rude?

My experience has been that many of the people who criticize President Trump are simply failures, jealous losers who see a tremendously accomplished person who has every right to be proud of himself and his accomplishments. I believe this Sirius Lee character to be just such a person. Pay him no mind!

Dude’s a perfect example of someone who has to deal with his own disappointing failures in life by badmouthing anyone such as President Trump whose successes throughout his life have made him filthy rich and world famous. Small time losers often despise successful people. It’s a very common personality fault that has driven hundreds of millions to embrace socialist and communist ideologies.
