I heard very conflicting stories. I heard “Tunnels to Towers” paid it off (the charity that Rush always spoke so highly of). Some surmised that Trump made a big donation to TTT to help out. Others said Trump paid it off himself. I saw nothing authoritative. Maybe Trump wants it kept out of the press?
Why does he need to do either of those things?
Why do you judge his motivations. Why do you assume his purposes?
That takes a lot of ego when people assume they know why he does something
