It is a very common assumption that a technologically superior species would be enlightened or peaceful. How does that work on Earth. We are far more technologically advanced than early Homo Sap. Are we more peaceful?
The reason we don’t hear alien civilizations is because they aren’t stupid enough to announce themselves.

Yeah I’ve never been that impressed with any of these efforts to convey what Earth is all about to any alien recipients.
Admittedly it is a hard assignment. I would have elected to do nothing. The spacecraft itself with its controls include enough evidence that people like us exist. Any communication beyond that would take a while and is probably not desirable anyway.

Seeking to communicate with potential highly technologically advanced and potentially hostile aliens is not just bad policy.
It is totally and completely insane.

What is the likely hood that an advanced civilization that can transverse light years wouldn’t have the technology to know that most of this planet is covered with water. Seems they would stay away.
The “fag” is Ron Greely. Planetary scientist. I can forgive you for being incredulous with something NASA would put on a plaque. I was expecting it to be a tranny black Muslim.
The left exaggerates and continues to reminds us of what happened with colonialism and Christopher Columbus.
If they really believed their own lies they would not be so trusting of advanced aliens.
If you contact an advanced technological civilization with any hostility at all the best possible outcome is they conclude homo sapiens is so stupid they should be avoided.
The spacecraft is a pig. It weighs almost double what the Juno spacecraft does. For anybody interested, here are some stats about the mission..

That so-called message will confuse even the smartest alien, who, quite naturally, will conclude the pictured Head that sent it is either senile or just plain stupid.
Later, they will make a science fiction movie about the Heads’ planet which will end with a message saying, “All these worlds are your except the Head World. Any attempt to trespass and you will be dissolved!”
