...Obama was an excellent commentator. Obama was a teleprompter reader. He was a terrible commentator when speaking off-teleprompter.

He may have been excellent in the sense of communicating three or four word ideas or memes because his voters mainly couldn’t comprehend and retain ideas in phrases longer than that. Go back and listen to him....always three-four words, pause....and then three or four more.
