Alligator is good eats, you can BBQ the ribs just like pork ribs fine eating then. Giant swamp rat provably tastes like giant swamp rat...nurtia are not terrible if you hand it to a real Cajun and let them work their magic on it for 8 hours or so. I am so glad my parents told the Catholic church bye bye when I was so young to not be scared by their crazy traditions. Reptile is fish come on why don’t we look at why you are doing all this mental backflips in the first place.I eat alligator because is dang good eating, same for red snapper or red drum. Lent has no bearing either way other than every restaurant has seafood on sale on Fridays which is nice during crawfish season.
