Generally I’d tend to agree with this. We eat practically no junk food at our home.
But with the word “study” in there, it becomes as suspect as anything associated with “science” or “fact checking”. They’ve all become buzz words used by the left associated with turning lies into the truth.
Visceral Fat is your enemy. And processed food is the main factor in it, and you can look skinny on the outside and still have a lot of visceral fat.
Breathing risks death.
There is no such thing as “junk-food”. There are just good and bad decisions on what you put in your face hole. If you know and understand nature and the commercialization of mass production of foodstuffs, you won’t eat it.
eat healthy, avoid drugs, exercise and die anyway.
I eat lots of junk food. It looks like it has no adverse effects on me due to regular exercise. Without exercise, junk food will kill you sooner.
I’ve been reading articles like this since I moved to Santa Fe at 18 and started going to the Co-op. They’re behind the times.

Everything kills you. I don’t even listen with this stuff anymore.
Kind of a “duh”. If what you eat has 30 ingredients you can’t pronounce, it is probably very unhealthy. Real food is probably best for you. Ocassional junk food is fine. Some people are living off it. Many of them are poor. It is food stamp day, so off to the local 7-11 to load up on artificial food.
