I’m always suspicious of these fad diets. So, was it the food he ate or the working out that made the difference?

I’ve known several people who have had the gastric bypass or lap band surgery to lose weight. They are always advise afterwards to observe strict dietary guidelines. Hello?!

I've known at least two people who had gastric bypass who got fat again because of lack of self control. It doesn't work all by itself.
