How much does it cost to break a record on Martha’s Vineyard? These days, it’s seven figures.
There, a waterfront vacation rental home on Meneshma Pond has listed for a cool $1 million — specifically, a million bucks for just four weeks, The Post has learned. That princely sum makes it the highest-price offering of its kind to list on the island.
Beyond the perks of 11 bedrooms and 13 baths sprawled across the main house and two additional guest residences, there are also luxury boats for the tenants to use during their stay.
Thomas Wallace, of Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty, who’s representing this listing, said they include “a custom 55-foot Novamarine BS160, a Mastercraft X26 and a Zodiac Open 7.0 speed boat.”
That said, the roster of amenities also includes a 115-foot deep-water private dock.
Beyond the waterfront allure, the property also has an impressive array of recreational facilities.
There’s an indoor and outdoor basketball court, a tennis court, and even a pickleball court cater to sports enthusiasts, in addition to the state-of-the-art-gym. When done playing, two kitchens will help refuel burned calories — and a home theater with massage chairs can help with relaxation.
Additionally, the home also boasts an opulent pool and spa.
Situated on nearly 5 acres, the offering also features two fireplaces, a carriage house and a boat house.

Sounds like they need about 50 buses.
It’s Menemsha Pond.
What a bummer to reserve this and it rains the entire week
And Martha’s Vineyard gets subsidies for EVs as a low income community.
They definitely need a few thousand Illegal Aliens dropped off immediately.
Yah but look at the benefits. You get to live around democrats for the week!

A million dollars for 4 weeks is just ever so slightly out of my price range.
How much for 4 weeks in a cardboard box under the bridge that Ted Kennedy almost drove over?
