Michelle runs, wins and selects Barack to be her VP. The Senate of course will confirm him. After being inaugurated, Michelle resigns, and Barry becomes President for the next four years.
Nothing illegal or unconstitutional about it.

No are you just trolling? Barack Obama can never be prez again for a third time no matter what route he takes to get there. He is barred from being prez a third time.
First look closely at Michelle. Once she gets power, she will not give it up. Look at Hillary Clinton as an example of how power hungry some women are.
Second, look closely at what the Deep State is beginning to do to Slow Joe as they throw him under the bus. A recent big news story (that we knew from long ago) is how the various alphabet US agencies worked with the intelligence agencies of the 5 eyes to infiltrate and spy on the Trump campaign. That was done under the Obama Administration and it was pointed out that Joe as VP had to know about it.
The Deep State is working to get rid of Slow Joe, and replace him with a fresh “old” face, but I doubt it will be either the Big Zero or his wife.
Barry CANNOT BE VP!! Doesn’t matter whether it’s through election, or appointment/confirmation.

NO. A two-term President can never be a VP candidate because he is limited by law to 8 years and therefore could never ascend to the Presidency if the President were to die in office.
It doesn’t matter how many convoluted hypotheticals you imagine, there is no way that he could serve a third term, period.

He can’t ‘be elected’, but he can serve.
