I had a coworker whose brother played in a Super Bowl. His description of his brother after the game was shocking. They won, but his brother was in no mood to celebrate. He was beyond exhaustion. What you don't understand is that these are professional athletes who have learned how to focus, endure pain, and exhaustion all their life to get to where they are. His brother just wanted to clean up and sleep.

I am sure that Taylor Swift wanted to share the magic of being there for her boyfriend. However, I am also sure he had little left to share with her after the game ended and his adrenaline fueled body collapsed.
