Isn’t there a Chrysler hotline to talk people out a making decisions they will regret?
Don't feel bad. Last month I traded my wife's 2014 Toyota Sienna (75k) in on a brand-new Kia Carnival.
The Toyota power train is bulletproof but everything else on the vehicle was falling apart.
I still have 2011 Chevy HHR with 64k miles. Never had a problem with it yet, knock on wood.
2017 Toyota RAV-4 NOT HYBRID. 250,000 Miles. Still runs good
Last year I bought a used Chrysler 300 from CarMax (I don’t buy new cars) with some hesitancy due to Chrysler’s well-known problems with quality. I love the car. It now has 30K miles and I’ve had no problems with it. Still keeping my fingers crossed, though. Also, it sounds like a lot of the problems across all manufacturers are with the infotainment systems. I’m sure that can be frustrating but it’s not like engine or body problems. At my age I’m amazed at the reliability of most automobiles compared to when I was in my youth.
Chrysler/Plymouth was always dead last in reliability in American cars. Some GM models were the best. But their reliability probably peaked around the turn of the century. It has been all down hill from there.
