‘Talkshow or a serious conversation?’ Tucker Carlson’s interview of Putin offered neither

It was neither talk show nor serious conversation.

It was what I expected it to be; because that was the only way it COULD be. There was no way the Kremlin was going to allow a debate; and there was no way Carlson was going TO debate. So, like I said, it was what it was supposed to be.

For people who don’t read, it gave them the opportunity to hear Putin’s positions. Though, he did contradict himself vis-a-vis some previous comments and positions. But, that is not unusual, as politicians often do that.

It was better — though not more entertaining — than the Biden clown show “press conference.”

It should be pointed out that the Guardian, along with other UK-controlled media, has been spreading rumors that Putin has cancer or is otherwise in very bad health--perhaps nearing death. If nothing else, that was shown to be propaganda last night.

The worst part of the interview was the realization that Putin is mentally sharp, seemingly confident, and subtly devious. Meanwhile, the US president is a completely corrupt, addle-brained walking mummy. We are at a major disadvantage.
